Labcorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter! As an integral member of the HR team, the Recruiter acts as the trusted advisor to the client groups they support to source and identify top talent, and to guide managers through hiring processes and decisions. The Recruiter will own specified strategies, programs, processes and policies and will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment with the company goals, strategy, mission and vision.
This position will be responsible for filling a variety of front line operations roles for our laboratories in the United States. This will require strategic sourcing techniques to continuously attract top talent to the organization.
Please note: this is a 100% remote position. Candidate can be located anywhere in the US but will work primarily Central/Eastern time zone work schedule.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive methods for approximately 50-70 requisitions at any given time
Develop a strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements.
Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs.
Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis
Recruit in adherence with OFCCP regulations and procedures to ensure compliance
Provide relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as needed
Log all notes and actions in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner
Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with any onboarding related manners when necessary
Provide ad hoc reporting to the TA Manager and/or hiring managers based on request
Escalate any urgent matters to the proper party; TA Manager, hiring managers, other HR functions
Other administrative duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least 1 year offulllife-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
Prior utilization of productivity tools to manage recruitment desk (Microsoft Office, OneNote etc.)
Experience using creative sourcing techniques, with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent
Proven ability to deliver against the following metrics: time-to-fill, retention, number of positions filled, and diversity of candidate slates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues related to the interview and selection process
Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Preferred qualifications
Laboratory Diagnostics or hospital recruitment experience
Workday experience
Experience working within a matrix organization
Experience following OCFFP regulations
Relevant Recruiter certifications preferred (AIRS Professional Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter

Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000/yr
