Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment including Fanuc robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors, hydraulic tables, manual welders, saws, CNCs, powder coating lines, grease bearing machines, roll formers (extruders), motors, torque motors, and light PLC troubleshooting of prox switches, relays, and sensors. Candidates must be comfortable working up to 480v 3-phase, reading, and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Work with Fanuc robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors, hydraulic tables, manual welders, saws, CNCs, powder coating lines, grease bearing machines, roll formers (extruders), motors, torque motors
Perform light PLC troubleshooting of prox switches, relays, and sensors
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Work comfortably with up to 480v 3-phase electrical systems
Essential Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Mechanical maintenance experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors
Electrical troubleshooting experience including reading schematics, using a multimeter, troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase
PLC troubleshooting including reading ladder logic, troubleshooting relays/switches/sensors
Experience working with Fanuc robots
Valid driver's license (to operate snow plowing trucks in winter)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Robotic programming
PLC programming
Experience working with powder coating equipment
Industrial certifications or degrees
Bilingual skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
