You will collaborate closely with various departments to assist in the development of engaging content and marketing materials that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Organize and assist in promotional events, including trade shows and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain the marketing database and track marketing effectiveness through metrics and reports.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software like CRM systems.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
