Job Title: Accounting Coordinator/Clerk
Location: 2 Broadway, Mezzanine | New York, N.Y. 10004- ONSITE
Pay Rate: $34.05/hr on W2
Duration: 4 months, could extend
Hours: M-5 8-5
Summary:
As an Accounting Coordinator/Clerk, you will assist the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with basic data entry tasks.
Resource's typical working day:
- Assist with controller
- Invoicing, managing billing to different business lines
- Made up of about 35 locations
- Every month they do a funding request
- Follow ups with vendors
Must Have Skills:
- Experience with Procurement systems
- understand the funding process
- Understand the invoicing process
Nice to have skills:
- Commercial would be a huge plus
Years of Experience:
- 2-4 years Assistant accountant, bookkeeper, accounting clerk, accounting coordinator
- Commercial experience would be a plus
Education
High School Diploma
Software skills:
MS Office Suite, Procurement system platform
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
