Charities Office of the Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time
opening for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in our Green Bay
Office. The special candidate Catholic Charities is seeking will be
welcoming and friendly, be able to respond to caller, visitor and client
needs by properly referring them to Catholic Charities staff, provide
receptionist/switchboard services to Catholic Charities and the Curia
and provide administrative support to the team. ** OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/
English) talented Administrative Assistant who has a high school diploma
(associate degree preferred) and prior experience in an office setting,
professional interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills, and can
interact with a diverse group of people. The Diocese of Green Bay has a
