Description
We are currently seeking Sr. Administrative Assistant applicants for a contract to hire employment opportunity for a client of ours in the Cocoa, Florida area. This position will be on-site, requiring the Sr. Administrative Assistant to support high-level administrative tasks including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the owner, ensuring effective calendar management.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, handling logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Managing and processing all office correspondence efficiently.
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
Ensuring discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Facilitating conference calls, ensuring effective communication among participants.
Proactively managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively for optimal office operations.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
Exceptional ability in Calendar Management, ensuring smooth scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective liaising within and outside the organization.
Proficiency in managing Conference Calls, including scheduling, hosting and minute taking.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated expertise in providing Administrative Assistance, such as managing correspondence, coordinating travel, and preparing reports.
Familiarity with standard Administrative Office procedures and systems, ensuring efficient workflow. TalentMatch®
