This position provides administrative support for the Dean of Academic Affairs: Construction Trades, Transportation, & Manufacturing and serves as the lead staff supporting the Albert Lea Campus Director. This position assists the Dean with fiscal management, onboarding, and ongoing support to faculty, organizational skills to managing the Dean s calendar, maintain reports and records, schedule courses, meetings, classrooms, and faculty workloads, as well as providing daily trouble-shooting and problem-solving when student or staff issues arise.
