Senior Compensation Analyst

Our client, an Am 100 law firm, is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and align the firm's compensation strategies with its organizational goals while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires collaboration with managers to analyze roles, set salaries, and maintain data integrity using advanced tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of compensation data, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Conduct job analyses, evaluate positions, and establish salary scales based on market research and internal equity.
Lead critical compensation processes including annual reviews and pay adjustments.
Utilize compensation software like MarketPay to analyze and benchmark salaries.
Update and communicate compensation strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, within a law firm or professional services environment.
Proficient with compensation software (MarketPay) and HRIS platforms (Workday).
CCP certification is desirable.
Strong understanding of compensation laws and exceptional analytical and communication skills.
