As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and independent
Strategic Account Manager who can nurture relationships with our existing clients, expand our existing franchisee relationships, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for new franchisee partnerships within scaled businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and franchise owners.
- Lead contract renewals by demonstrating value, addressing client concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Drive expansion of new and existing franchisees within scaled businesses, negotiating based on business parameters to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Customer Success) to align on customer needs and deliver an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations in a SaaS product company. Experience in the hospitality, or restaurant tech industries is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of managing high-level relationships with C-suite executives and selling to franchise owners, franchisors, or enterprise-level clients (experience in the restaurant industry is a plus).
- Extensive experience with contract renewals and proactive account management.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and ROI, with the ability to negotiate based on defined performance parameters.
- Highly capable of working independently while managing a large volume of accounts effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable and proficient with CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Must be based in the U.S. and available to support clients during U.S. business hours.
- Flexibility to travel across different regions in the U.S. is essential.
