Job Summary
A quality-driven electronics manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join its production team in the role of Electronics Assembler. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with a steady work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality workmanship in a technical environment. The role reports to the production operations lead and works closely with quality and engineering teams.
Job Description
Assemble electronic componenets and systems according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
Operate and monitor production testing systems, including automated test platforms, high-potential (HiPot) testing, and environmental stress screening (e.g., HASS)
Support incoming inspection and quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle
Follow standard operating procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and safety protocols always
Maintain clean and organized work areas to support efficient and accurate assembly
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow
Perform additional production or support tasks as assigned

Skills Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience assembling and testing electronic products in a structured, ISO 9001-compliant manufacturing environment
Technical diploma or relevant post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent with relevant training
Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing practices and industry terminology (e.g., SMT, ESD, AOI, burn-in, HiRel)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, including soldering skills and fine assembly work
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and written procedures in English
Comfortable using production-related software tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, basic databases)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet production targets and deadlines
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamS
Commitment to delivering high-quality, precision workmanship in a fast-paced environment
Education/Training/Certifications
High School Diploma

$37,440 annually
