Resolve engineering problems by characterizing components and PCB stackups, designing/prototyping analog front-end circuits, generating schematics, leading PCB layout, and debugging PCBAs in the labs.
Define test criteria and implement those test plans on functional proto@types in the lab to prove the reliability/safety of the designed subsystem.
Propose and develop PCBA and subsystem qualification fixtures; modify and integrate the existing electrical and subsystem designs to achieve the desired functionality.
Understand and capture project specifications and performance requirements on the system level.
Collaborate with other groups to develop the PCBA solution to ensure a seamless integration test at the subsystem and/or system level.
Mentor and support junior staff
