Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Elk Grove, California. This role serves the software development industry and requires the individual to provide both administrative and technical support to the team. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth client onboarding and application support, thereby enhancing the overall functionality of the team.
Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Monitor and follow up on Jira tickets, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with the Client Relations team to facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for clients.
Take responsibility for the creation and implementation of website pixels, contributing to the overall website functionality (training will be provided).
Maintain a strong focus on documentation, ensuring all processes and procedures are accurately recorded.
Develop and update process and procedure documentation, as well as wiki content (training will be provided).
Handle a range of miscellaneous tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Utilize Python and other low-code solutions where possible to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Apply strong technical thinking skills to all tasks, contributing to problem-solving and innovation within the team.
Maintain a keen interest in the technologies and applications used by the team, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Demonstrate a kind, flexible, and adaptable attitude, thriving in a team environment and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Be available to work on-site in Elk Grove, California, demonstrating commitment and reliability. Requirements - Must hold at least one year of experience in a role related to Project Coordination
Proficient in Atlassian Jira for project management purposes
Practical knowledge of Python is required for automation tasks
Demonstrated expertise in providing administrative assistance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites for creating and managing documents
