Responsibilities
The Per Diem Corporate Accounts Support is responsible to support the corporate accounts department in many cross-functional roles. Duties include, but are not limited to: providing coverage for the Concierge Specialist, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist, Corporate Accounts Specialists, Special Accounts Coordinators, Quality Assurance Analysts and Corporate Accounts Billing Coordinator and Executive Assistant. The position requires the ability to be fully functional in all of the prior listed roles.

Salary Range: $19.99 - $20.01 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: HS diploma or GED.
15 hours of college credit from an accredited college or university
Preferred: Associates degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative assistant role and front-facing customer service experience
either business-to-customer or business-to-business.

Special Skills
Required: Critical thinking skills. Detail oriented and organized.
Preferred: Medical Terminology
Other
Required: Accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30wpm.
Intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to interface with all levels of customers internal and external, medical staff and management
personnel.
Preferred: Ability to handle a variety of tasks with speed, attention to detail and accuracy.
Working knowledge of all business software.
Good analytical and mathematical ability
