Summary:
Mentor with the Executive Director. As Needed, gather information and
make recommendations in accordance with objectives of the Tribe, as directed
by the Chairman and the Executive Director. Support the Executive Director
position as needed, Whenwhen fulfilling their missions and primary
objectives by performing the following duties personally or through
subordinate supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
High School or equivalent
Minimum of Bachelor (BS/BA) degree in administration or related field
with a concentration in management, administration or human resource
developmen
Master's degree in public administration business administration or
management.
Five (5) years or more experience in management.
Demonstrates experience and knowledge involving government finances, grant
programs development and management.
Demonstrates experience involving the supervision and management of at least
50 employees.
Three (3) years successful experience working with Indian People and programs.
Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with Tribal Ordinances.
CPR First Aid certification or be willing to obtain
Valid driver's license and be insurable by the Tibe.
