Electrical Assembler
Follows detailed work instructions to assemble and wire electronic cabinets per detailed manufacturing requirements to manufacture company's electronic cabinets. Work is semi-routine in nature, following detailed established processes and procedures.
Pay Rate: $30.14 - $34.00

Your Challenge:
Assemble wire harnesses, cable and mechanical assemblies for a final configured product utilizing process and work instructions along with drawings. All work is performed per IPC Class 3 requirements.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, manufacturing procedures and visual aids.
Perform and document completed work via a product router. Ensure correct specification and function criteria are met per the manufacturing instructions prior to submitting assembly to QC inspection.
Perform assembly functions which include cabinet preparation, mechanical assembly, harness preparation, cable installation and equipment wiring.
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures including handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
Your Expertise:
Experience in wire harness, cable and mechanical assembly utilizing a variety of hand and/or power tools.
1-3 years (Assembler), 4-6 years (Senior Assembler), 7+ years (Lead Assembler) of relevant experience. Prior military wiring and assembly experience preferred.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 wiring qualification or knowledge is preferred.
Eager to learn and grow in the organization.
