Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Answer, direct, and make phone calls for the region.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Sends reminders as needed.
Maintain regional Facebook page and social media engagement, including working with field personnel to generate content highlighting employee successes, advancing cultural initiatives, and improving overall regional morale.
Follow up with regional leadership team to ensure employee awards and recognition are given appropriate attention, photographed, and highlighted on Region Facebook page.
Maintain organized list of employee recognition and culture initiatives. Generate Facebook content on a weekly basis and lead engagement with employees via Facebook.
Project administration - ensures deadlines and requirements are met.
Assist management with weekly production reports (i.e. Supervisor Reports).
Perform secretarial duties for region management team; including but not limited to typing documents, data entry, photocopying, mailing, scanning, and faxing.
Maintain office supply inventory and orders monthly basis.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, email, packages, and fax.
Will handle inquiries, work requests, and at times employee / personnel information.
Download/Upload necessary documents for proposals/bids to clients and prepare bid packages.
Maintain a professional work area. (Conference room, front desk, waiting area and supply areas).
Provide support and assistance to help the facility and personnel function as a team environment.
Complete all other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
Proactive attitude, self motivated.
Knowledge of office and business practices, equipment, and procedures.
Must possess good planning and organizational skills.
Able to react to change productively and capable of meeting short deadlines.
Able to pay close attention to details and identify/correct mistakes.
Good and consistent attendance.
Ability to keep confidential information private.
Able to effectively manage competing priorities.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Travel Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.
