Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, supply
management, and other office-related tasks.
Prioritize and coordinate scheduling conflicts and adjust plans as necessary.
Aid in the creation and maintenance of pupil, family, and staff data base.
Assist in the enrollment process of new pupils, and in creating and distributing welcome packets.
Act as a liaison between the Director and staff members, parents and pupils, ensuring effective
communication and relationship management.
Create Purchase Orders for Vendor Invoices.
BS in Business Management or Computer Science.
