We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a blend of administrative and IT support skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide organizational and operational support while assisting with basic IT-related tasks. Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to staff, including password resets and basic software issue resolution.
Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of ERP software.
Handle general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting office technology, including various systems, database software, and Microsoft 365.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support administrative and IT processes.
Process customer applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.
Utilize advanced Excel functions to keep accurate records and streamline workflows.
Support the creation and maintenance of documentation for office processes and systems.

Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Strong customer service skills
Experience in data entry tasks
Ability to answer inbound calls effectively and professionally
Excellent skills in email correspondence
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven track record of successful administrative experience in government or similar sector
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
