Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Warehouse Administrator with strong organizational skills and a dedication to maintaining high standards. This role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting team goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in warehousing and distribution, and be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems.
Responsibilities
Manage and operate the facility's Warehouse Management System.
Ensure accurate documentation of timelines and tasks.
Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and oral forms.
Prioritize and organize tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards, seeking continuous improvement.
Adapt to changes in the work environment and handle unexpected events effectively.
Follow instructions and respond promptly to management direction.
Work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic typing skills and familiarity with ten-key.
Experience operating a Warehouse Management System.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work schedules.
Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Adaptability and ability to handle frequent changes.
Dependability and willingness to work extended hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in warehousing and distribution.
Experience in material handling, data entry, shipping and receiving, and administrative assistance.
Customer service experience and inventory management skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and manipulate landing gear and intermodal container doors.

Work Environment
The work environment may be loud with significant temperature fluctuations depending on the season. Exposure to direct sunlight and rain is expected. Occasionally, lifting and moving items weighing up to 100 pounds is required, with assistance available for heavy lifts. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
