Job Title: Electronics Test Technician
Job Description
As an Electronics Test Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and making repairs on a wide range of hardware. You will ensure that hardware meets specified drawings by completing quality tests and other reports. You will also provide updates, status, and completion information to leaders via email. This role may require up to 10% travel to customer locations.

Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of hardware.
Complete quality tests and other reports to verify hardware compliance with drawings.
Provide updates, status, and completion information to leaders via email.
Travel to customer locations as required (up to 10%).
Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics, circuits, and PCBs.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware.
Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to understand wiring schematics, pneumatic schematics, and assembly drawings.
Ability to locate, analyze, and correct power failures, short circuits, and other electrical problems.
Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., wrenches, fusion splicer for fiber optics, soldering irons, crimping tools).
Strong g in electrical systems.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to follow instructions from engineers and convey problems clearly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Physically able to lift 35 lbs.
Basic mathematical skills.
Familiarity with tethered airborne systems and payloads.
Broad understanding of DoD airborne and ground systems, hardware, software, operations, and their interdependence.
Experience with CAD modeling software such as CREO, NX, or SolidWorks.
Experience with mechanical and electrical drawing standards.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, with a workspace located in a small space in the Air Dock. Ground station units are set up next to the offices. Travel to customer sites may be required up to 10% of the time to address issues.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
