Job Title: Contact Center Sales Inbound/Outbound IIJob Description
We are seeking 15 phone agents to handle outbound prospective customer leads through our dialer system. The primary role is to screen prospective customers to determine their interest in speaking with a licensed agent, either to review an existing quote or to provide a new quote. Interested customers will be transferred via warm transfer to our licensed agents. The transfer rate and bind rate on the transferred leads will be monitored to ensure the quality of the screening and transferred leads.
Responsibilities
Handle outbound prospective customer leads through the dialer system.
Screen prospective customers for interest in speaking with a licensed agent.
Transfer interested customers via warm transfer to licensed agents.
Monitor transfer rates and bind rates on transferred leads to ensure quality.
Provide excellent written and interpersonal communication.
Manage time effectively to handle customer service and sales calls.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in a call center or similar role.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
Customer service and/or sales phone experience.
Satisfactory computer and typing skills.
Must have a PC.
High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to help peers.
Insurance experience is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have an appropriate place to work that is free of distractions. The schedule includes different shifts that fall between Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm CST and Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5pm CST. A 40-hour workweek is required once assigned. If interested in working Saturdays, candidates will have Sunday off and can choose any other weekday off during the week. If candidates prefer a traditional workweek, the core hours needed are 9:00am-5:30pm CST. Please notate which hours/shifts you are available for.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
