Mayville, Inc. Overview Reporting to the President of Scag Power
Equipment, the Program Administrator will be responsible for managing
sales programs for Scag Power Equipment family of brands. The Program
Administrator will be responsible for researching market competition,
and managing dealer and distributor sales programs. This position may
require occasional travel and will support efforts in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities Creating and managing dealer, distributor and rental
dealer sales programs. Work together with sales team to ensure that
corporate objectives are met and that strategies and programs are
implemented at the distributor and dealer level. Collect and communicate
competitive industry sales and marketing information. Assist in
creating/maintaining product training programs within our family of
brands. Complete periodic analysis of territory and distribution -
Evaluation of distributor performance in key areas; evaluation of market
position in the region. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports
for national accounts and GPO\'s. Complete other duties as occasionally
assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in business,
marketing, project management, or related field of study, or equivalent
brand/account/program management experience in outdoor power equipment
industry (minimum 5-7 years) Experience using data and metrics to
determine and drive improvements. Demonstrated knowledge and
understanding of marketing and finance. Strong communication skills,
follow up and follow through. Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft
Office programs) Ability to negotiate, analyze, handle objections, and
work closely with a team. Ability to work independently to drive
alignment with leadership and team goals and direction. Metalcraft of
