Job Description
As a Test Engineer, you will be tasked with analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for calibration and testing of new and existing products. You will assist with new product introductions to manufacturing, support released products, and aid in the retirement of legacy products. You will be a major contributor to and owner of key performance indicators in Operations, including 5S/Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity. You will be empowered to make decisions, drive improvements, and have plenty of opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement test systems for new product introductions.
Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory.
Drive internal and external quality improvements using root cause analysis and countermeasures.
Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities within the factory.
Advise design engineering on existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of new designs.
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations.
Coordinate design changes for existing stations as per product requirements.
Develop and maintain test stations using software and hardware.
Provide technical assistance for hardware and software debugging.
Review test results, analyze test data from the database, and improve yields.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited institution.
At least 2 years of related engineering experience.
Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry and ability to read schematics.
Proficiency in programming with LabView/Teststand, C#, Matlab, C++, etc.
Strong root cause analysis skills using various problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results.
Comfortable working on problems of moderate scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Experience working in a metric/goal-driven environment.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with software testing.
Experience with hardware testing.
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
Work Environment
Working on-site in Everett. There is some travel required, ranging from 10-50% of the time. This may include consecutive weeks of travel followed by several
months without travel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
