Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Helper to assist our technicians with various tasks. This position offers the potential for learning and growth in the field of electrical work.
Responsibilities
Assist with trim work
Distribute receptacles and bring materials to the technicians as needed
Work closely with technicians and assist with their tasks
Potential to learn wiring and conduit bending
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience working on a construction project
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Experience in commercial and industrial construction
Knowledge of conduit and electrical systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 years of electrical experience
Experience bending rigid or EMT conduit is a plus

Work Environment
The work environment is a telecommunication center in Arlington Memphis, offering a clean and indoor setting. The position requires a standard work schedule of 4 days of 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) and 2 days of 8-hour shifts (Friday and Saturday) starting at 7:00 am. Candidates must be open to 16 hours of overtime each week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
