Description
Starting Salary Range: $74,500-84,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a heavily scheduled executive's calendar, resolve conflicts, anticipate meeting needs, and ensure deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain an advanced system to prioritize emails, track deliverables, and align with key priorities.
Draft emails, PowerPoint presentations, and business correspondence for senior leadership.
Plan and oversee large-scale in-house meetings, outreach events, and office activities, ensuring all logistics, technology, and catering needs are met.
Research, book, and coordinate weekly executive travel; submit and track expenses and sponsorships.
Develop a deep understanding of the department's role within MISO, anticipate trends, and provide recommendations on workflow efficiency.

Experience supporting an, Executive Director, VP, or other executive level position
Previous energy industry experience (preferred)
