Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator at our location. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your role will encompass various administrative and client service tasks in line with your skills and the industry's standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients as needed, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly
Sort incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate parties
Maintain the operation of the coffee machine, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked
Perform various small administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Welcome and greet clients as they arrive, directing them appropriately
Handle client inquiries and complaints in a detail oriented and courteous manner
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance and Receptionist Duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Detail oriented demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
