The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority is seeking a detail oriented, well organized Executive Coordinator to provide support for the Authoritys management team. This role must be able to
interact with a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors. This individual is expected to handle confidential financial, legal,
personnel, and institutional information in a professional and discreet manner.
Responsibilities include: being confidential secretary to the Board of Directors, scheduling monthly Board meetings, typing minutes and keeping files; providing coordination and
scheduling of the organizations annual compliance plan; assisting H/R director with maintaining confidential & sensitive employee information; serving as the organizations Ethics Coordinator; updating the OBPAs website, providing back-up to the part time administrative assistant for
phone, mail, and truck permits.
Requirements include: 5 years prior experience in this @type of role; strong time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines; excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office;
excellent verbal & written communication skills; comfortable interacting with higher level executives & Board Members; Bachelors Degree preferred. This is a full-time position with a
starting salary of $61,000 annually.
