This position will be on third shift and train on first the first 6 months.
First shift hours are 6:00 AM until 2:00 PM and third shift hours are 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM
Inspects, tests and troubleshoots plant equipment. Perform continuous preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery
Performs individual assignments as directed by team leaders and supervisors
Assists other technicians, engineers and departments with line improvements and functionality of equipment
Installation of electrical, mechanical and fluid power systems in a professional and workman-like manner
Responsible for adhering to and the use of all KAUTEX'S Quality Management System (CMS) Policies, Procedures and Documentation
Troubleshoot pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
Installs, troubleshoots and repairs circuit breakers, relays, motor starters, timers, AC/DC control circuits, and voltages from 24 volts DC up to 480-volt 3 phase
Performs preventive and predictive maintenance and inspections to ensure that machines and equipment operate to their inherent capability in accordance with OSHA and local municipality codes
Other duties as necessary
