Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical construction for single-family spec home developments. This role involves working on all unoccupied, new construction residential homes.
Responsibilities
Oversee electrical construction projects for single-family spec home developments.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate electrical installations.
Perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting in new construction residential homes.
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency in wiring houses.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 02 electrical codes (not 01).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
