Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Windsor, California. In this role, you will be tasked with a range of duties pertaining to document management.
Responsibilities
Handling and organizing patient records in a systematic manner.
Conducting data entry tasks with utmost precision and efficiency.
Scanning and digitizing documents for easy access and retrieval.
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all records.
Performing both hard copy and digital filing to maintain orderly archives.
Effectively labelling files for future reference.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Experience with data entry tasks
Familiarity with document scanning processes
Experience in maintaining and organizing filing system
