Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Norton, Ohio. Our workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be playing a key role in managing administrative tasks related to insurance certificates, contracts, and vendor setup.
Responsibilities:
Handle the filing of insurance certificates.
Responsible for updating the insurance certificate spreadsheet.
Conduct proofreading of certificates and send them in for corrections.
Update the system with billing information and service bill dates.
Manage the sending out of contracts and update the spreadsheet with relevant contract information.
Upload contracts into the system.
Request new and executed contracts as needed.
Complete the setup of new vendors.
Update the insurance spreadsheet with information about closed jobs.
Use skills in Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, Inbound Outbound Calls, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word in daily tasks.t
Requirements - Proven experience in the Construction/Contractor industry
Proficiency in Customer Service
Solid experience in Data Entry
Excellent skills in Email Correspondence
Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with a proactive attitude
