Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in COHOES, New York, 12047-4807, United States. This role will involve a wide range of administrative tasks including handling customer inquiries, processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and other related duties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct internet research as required, such as finding restaurant options within a certain radius
Maintain and update financial records digitally to ensure they are up to date
Manage calendars efficiently, including scheduling appointments and setting reminders
Exhibit organizational expertise in creating filing systems and labels
Independently manage tasks such as booking reservations and managing reminders
Update and organize contacts and documents for easy retrieval
Track data accurately and efficiently
Undertake data entry tasks as required
Handle mailings and other related tasks
Perform other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating the ability to work independently Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with detail orientation.
Excellent data entry skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in managing email correspondence in a detail-oriented setting.
Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
Strong computer research skills, able to find and synthesize information effectively.
Experience in maintaining organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
