Morgan Hunter has recently partnered with a well established business partner to help them identify their next Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a motivated and hungry personality ready to help grow their aggressively expanding client base. The Inside Sales Representative will posses a fearless approach to identifying opportunity, while remaining coachable with solid organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities/Metrics:
- Prospect new channel partners and vendors
- Strategically work with current vendors to identify new opportunities for growth
- 25 - 50 outbound calls/touches per day or ~200 calls per week (more concerned on quality vs. quantity)
- Set 10 quality meetings per month
- Must use and embrace Salesforce (CRM) as well as Google Calendar, Zoom, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools
- Minimal travel will be required in this role - < 10%
Background/Skillset:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software; Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self starter and ability to work from home with minimal supervision
