Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. This role involves a combination of mechanical and electrical responsibilities, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage electrical troubleshooting, particularly with conveyor systems and robotic welder machines.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems.
Conduct low voltage electrical troubleshooting on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines.
Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
Utilize photo eyes and sensors for troubleshooting.
Understand and apply basic TIG welding techniques.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3phase.
Experience with pneumatic repair.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of TIG welding.
Experience with photo eyes and sensors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
Full company benefits from day 1 including health, vision, and dental. PTO and 401k are also effective day 1.

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati,OH.
