Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician | $20-25+/HR
Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance work orders for large apartment complexes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting residential plumbing issues, HVAC work including compressors, filters, and refrigerant, as well as troubleshooting and installing residential electrical systems. Additionally, the technician will handle painting, drywall, and lighting fixtures.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Steel toe boots
2+ years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC (at least 2 of the 3)
Ownership of most hand tools: screwdrivers, 1/4" and 5/16" nut driver, multimeter, tape measure, wire strippers, channel locks, crescent wrench, pipe wrench, hammer, pipe cutter, drill, drywall knives, painter's tool

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
