Position Summary:
The Charitable Gaming Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Charitable Gaming Department, including development, operation, and supervision to advance the mission and generate revenue for The Arc Upper Valley.

Collaborates with and reports to the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to create a healthy and vibrant organization.
Provides strategic and visionary leadership and growth of the Charitable Gaming Department through engagement with stakeholders and gaming partners, with a goal to increase game sites and game @types through marketing efforts in Grand Forks, Fargo, and surrounding communities.
Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, covering open shifts, formally and informally evaluating, disciplining, and terminating Charitable Gaming Department employees.
Create and promote a positive workplace culture by cultivating a healthy connection between the Charitable Gaming Department employees and the rest of the organization.
Provide exceptional customer service to bar owners, bar employees, and customers by providing prompt and courteous customer service and by resolving complaints and settling matters requiring explanation and interpretation of house rules.
Ensure adherence to current North Dakota Gaming Laws and Administrative Rules and organization policies and procedures by working with the Leadership Team to establish, update and implement policies, procedures and gaming internal controls.
Report material violations of the gaming laws and rules and any gaming related criminal activity to the gaming division of the Attorney Generals Office, local law enforcement, and the Executive Director.
Adhere to sound fiscal practices by working with the Leadership Team to develop and operate within approved budgets, and by ensuring that cash banks, daily paperwork, and game inventory is secured from theft.
Responsible for managing gaming operations and ensuring the operation of g
