We are on the lookout for a passionate and talented Sales Development Representative to join our diverse team! We welcome applications from professionals of all backgrounds, regardless of experience. If you're a results-oriented Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience and a proven track record of success in lead qualification, appointment setting, and revenue generation, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and qualify new leads through a variety of channels, including research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads to further discuss their needs and align them with IE Media’s products and services.
- Drive revenue growth by engaging with prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing sales opportunities within defined timelines.
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Utilize HubSpot or other CRM tools to track interactions with prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance and proactive outreach.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on lead quality, sales strategies, and market trends to optimize future sales efforts.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of SDR experience (B2B preferred)
- Consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Strong lead qualification skills
- Results-oriented and motivated by success
- Attention to detail
- Desire to learn and ask questions
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with HubSpot preferred but not required
