Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage vendor contacts, create and place purchase orders, and handle shipping and receiving operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with vendors, repair companies, and truck arrangement customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, especially to companies like Toyota, and organizing received items.
Responsibilities
Search for vendors from a provided list, create purchase orders, and place orders.
Contact vendors, repair companies, and truck arrangement customers.
Manage shipping and receiving data, labels, and track shipments.
Provide customer service to companies such as Toyota.
Receive and organize purchased items.
Carry out tasks based on provided instructions with the potential to work independently in the future.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Customer service experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in purchasing work, preferably close to engineers.

Pay and Benefits
