With limited supervision from the Vice President of Strategic Enrollment and Equity (VPSEE), the incumbent is responsible for ensuring data integrity as it relates to student and personnel information, Riverland policies and procedures, the institution s strategic decision-making, and the Minnesota State system office. This position coordinates communications, including correspondence, reports, and records between Student Affairs and other college departments, Riverland Community College administration, faculty, students, staff, and community members. This position provides confidential office management and administrative services to the VPSEE in leadership and direction to support college-wide planning and daily operations, including student affairs, enrollment management, equity efforts, and policies and procedures. This position will troubleshoot situations that arise in the absence of the VPSEE and provide guidance, act on, or escalate concerns to the appropriate administrator or external agency when necessary. The Administrative Assistant will exercise independent discretion when responding to inquiries and will exercise high sensitivity and confidentiality in their work.
