Keta Medical Center is an innovative and growing ketamine treatment center with five locations across New York and New Jersey. We are committed to providing cutting-edge mental health treatments while maintaining strong financial stewardship and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a Part-Time Controller (15-20 hours per week) to support our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.
Budgeting & Financial Reporting: Prepare complex financial reports to provide insight and oversight of company’s overall financial posture, including tracking accounts receivables and developing accrual financial statements.
- Ensure financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or are appropriate for internal management purposes

Report on significant variances in financial reporting along with explanation.

Manage accounts payable operations, including corporate credit card processes and expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

Process Improvement & Compliance: Ensure segregation of duties, approve AP coding before check issuance, and verify online banking deposits. Maintain compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.

Strategic Financial Support: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to enhance financial performance and cost efficiency.

Additional Duties: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in accounting/financial leadership roles with small companies.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Experience with accrual method of accounting; cash flow management, and financial audits

Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with remote teams.

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible, remote).
