Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures. Makes minor repairs in the areas of plumbing/pipe fitting, electrical, carpentry, painting or masonry. Assist Building & Grounds Mechanics on projects as needed as a helper.What does it take to be a Maintenance Worker (Night) 1/C? Required: High School or an Equivalency Diploma and at least two years of experience Knowledge of basic carpentry (including minor drywall and painting), electric, masonry and plumbing Ability to use hand tools, electronic/computerized tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining buildings and grounds Evidence of physical fitness shall be required and at the Company's option must be demonstrated by medical examination by a doctor selected by the Company.
