Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to manage a variety of administrative duties, with a focus on scheduling and coordinating carriers for Warehouse shipments. This role provides crucial support to one or more members of management and staff, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries. You will play a key part in supporting the logistics process, managing documentation, and responding to routine and non-routine inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers for Warehouse operations.
Assist in managing daily administrative tasks including document preparation, correspondence, and maintaining records.
Prepare and manage documentation related to shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide administrative support to management and staff, addressing routine inquiries and resolving non-routine challenges.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company practices, policies, and product lines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative role, with a focus on logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for effective communication and document management.
Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
