Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Transition into a leasing agent role over time, broadening the scope of responsibilities.
Multi-task effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain a detail-oriented dress code, reflecting a detail-oriented office environment. Requirements - Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven customer service experience, showcasing the ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
Strong data entry skills, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information.
Experience with email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls, exhibiting multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, showcasing the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, demonstrating the ability to manage emails, calendars, and contacts efficiently.
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, showcasing the ability to create, edit, and present presentations.
