Our client is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team PART-TIME and short term. As an Office Administrator, you will be part of the support staff, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18 per hour
What's the Job?
Put together the weekly bulletin using a template in Publisher and MS Word.
Create insert flyers for the bulletin.
Answer phones and handle general emails and inquiries.
Support the team during the transition to a full-time Administrative Assistant.
Assist with mail handling, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
What's Needed?
Must be able to work part-time hours 10am-2pm Monday-Friday,
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
