Responsibilities
Performs complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support for senior level executive(s) or Vice President(s) with little to no supervision.
Organizes and schedules meetings Coordinates meetings and prepares minutes for various committees.
Interacts problem solves and makes decisions with board members administration corporate personnel hospital staff and clients.
Exercises initiative on behalf of and in best interest of Vice President/Director and department.
Prepares business plan presentations spreadsheets and grant/proposal submissions
Organizes and maintains files protocols and records
Make travel arrangements registrations catering arrangements for meetings and other related tasks
Prepare and keep track of invoices and facilitate processes as needed
Performs complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support
Qualifications
Minimum
High School Diploma/GED
Three years of administrative support experience for senior level executive
Understanding of office management systems and processes is required
Excellent time management and multitasking and organizing abilities as well as the capacity to prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication abilities both written and vocal. Ability to interact effectively via phone and email
Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office) savvy (Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and Powerpoint)
Pay Range
$18.00 - $22.42 /hour
