Position Details:
Position: Administrative Assistant (Full-Time: Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $18 and up per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
Manage and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency.
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure quick and easy information retrieval.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and courier requests.
Support HR and finance departments with onboarding paperwork, expense reports, and invoicing.
Assist in preparing and proofreading contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are stocked.
Provide front-desk receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled with discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
