Position OverviewThe Franchise Development Lead will be responsible for the full-cycle franchise sales process, from intro closure. This individual contributor role requires a self-starter with a strong background in franchise sales, business development, or consultative sales. While this position does not involve team management, it requires extensive collaboration with the corporate headquarters team to ensure a seamless and effective franchise development strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead franchise sales efforts, managing all aspects of the recruitment and qualification process.
- Develop and implement strategies to convert quality leads through various sales and marketing channels.
- Guide prospective franchisees through the discovery process, providing education, resources, and support to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and industry partners to expand the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, enhance digital lead funnels, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect engagement, pipeline status, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure new franchisees receive a smooth transition into the Frios system.
Qualifications & Experience- Proven experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit business model.
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and close franchise agreements with potential candidates.
- Exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms and digital sales tools to track lead conversion and optimize processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the Frios brand and business model.
