We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity for an Calendar Clerk. This role falls within the legal industry and is based in a traditional office setting. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a crucial part of our team, handling a wide range of duties, from managing calendars to data entry, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain court and deposition calendars, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate schedules and appointments, keeping all parties informed and prepared.
Answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner, providing information as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
Handle a high volume of data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Assist with email correspondence, responding in a timely and detail oriented manner.
Work collaboratively within a small team, providing support as necessary.
Utilize the center base system for various administrative tasks.
Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints in a detail oriented and efficient manner.
High-speed data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a detail oriented and positive demeanor at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for effective email management and scheduling.
Ability to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
Experience scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Ability to coordinate schedules, ensuring smooth operations and minimal conflicts.
Experience with calendar management, ensuring all appointments and events are accurately recorded and updated.
