Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant for a large financial company here in Louisville. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity
Provide guidance and support to entry level team members
Assist in the orientation and training of new team members
Allocate and coordinate work within the team
Work within defined technical processes and procedures
Uphold the quality and accuracy of work performed
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with team members and clients.
Prior experience in Training staff members, ideally in a similar role or industry.
Familiarity with Procedures related to secondary offerings, ensuring that all tasks are carried out correctly and efficiently.
Strong focus on Quality, striving for the highest standards in all areas of work.
Experience in Supervising a team, with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
Knowledge of Methodology used in secondary offerings, ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards.
Understanding of Standard Operation Procedure, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in line with company policies and guidelines.
Ability to Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. TalentMatch®
