Perform quantity estimates of assigned jobs and based on Contract documents and preparation of Bills of Quantities if required.
Assist in Material Forecast, Tracking Schedule and Reconciliation
Assist in Calculation of Stock Piles, Road Earthwork with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Supervise and check monthly payment applications with supporting documents, toensure that all claimable items have been captured.
Assist in Identifying new items, variations and provide advice to the QS/Estimation team for the preparation of new/variation rates.
Check Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Progress reports.
Assist in Subcontracts administration including checking and certification of all Sub- Contractors' invoices, claims and all variation requests.
Provide assistance in contractual correspondence with Consultants/Client.
Attend weekly and other meetings relating to commercial matters.
Checking of Final as Built Drawings to ensure accurate preparation of Final Statement at completion/Payment Application.
Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D,
24/7 On Call Required, Travel within the Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan area. Weekend / Evenings work Required
